Before you begin using your new files, please take a moment to read and understand the following policy.
By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you agree to comply with the terms outlined here.

Download & Expiration Policy
Once you’ve purchased your digital product, you will receive a download link.
Please be sure to download and save the files as soon as possible, as the download link will expire after 30 days.
After this period, the link will no longer be active, and we will be unable to reissue a new link for download.
We recommend saving your files in a secure location so that you can access them at any time and avoid any inconvenience should the download link expire.

Please note that due to the wide variety of edible printers and printing materials available, we are unable to provide specific technical support regarding the edible icing image printing process itself.
Each printer operates differently, and settings may vary depending on your machine and ink.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been downloaded.
However, if you experience any issues with the file (such as a corrupt download or error), please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will gladly provide assistance or a replacement file.

Our A4 sheets have a fine border on 3 sides with overall printed image size of 205mm Wide x 285mm Length.
- In your printer settings, choose "Matte" printing and the highest quality printing your printer allows.
Please remember that every printer is slightly different, so you might need to adjust your settings to get your desired result. Colour tones may vary with your printer and ink.
