Vintage Sugarcraft is operating differently in 2026

To preserve our creativity, we dedicate distinct periods to design and manufacturing, rather than trying to do it all at once. You're welcome to place an order at any time via our website, with manufacturing windows clearly displayed so you know exactly when to expect your order.

Orders placed between now and the 17th of May (AEST) will be manufactured from the 18th of May 2026 and shipped thereafter.

From time to time, we will release new designs via limited 24hr pop-up events. These exclusive releases operate separately from our standard collection.

Orders placed during our 24hr pop-up events will be manufactured and shipped within 3 days of order receipt.

Stay tuned for the first one arriving next week.

Shop before the 17th of May to secure everything you need for your June, July and August events, while still giving yourself the time to design and promote your own releases.

Our limited release window is now open.

We’re back in the studio after our first trip away, and quietly preparing for our next round of manufacturing over the coming days.

To celebrate, enjoy 20% off all stamps and cutters with code AFTERPAY for our AfterPay day sale.

We are currently accepting orders for manufacture and dispatch from the 26th of March, with this window closing at midnight on the 25th of March.

This will be the last opportunity to secure our commemorative ANZAC stamp set in time for this year’s baking.

As part of our slower, more intentional production model, our next manufacturing window will be scheduled for April.

We've got a couple of new releases coming up and we can't wait to share them with you.

Rememberence.

Not only honouring the past, but in recognising what it has the power to teach us.

When we stood at Gallipoli, one message stayed with me. Words written on a memorial by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk that have since echoed across generations:

“Those heroes that shed their blood and lost their lives…
You are now lying in the soil of a friendly country.
Therefore rest in peace.
There is no difference between the Johnnies and the Mehmets to us where they lie side by side here in this country of ours…
You, the mothers who sent their sons from faraway countries, wipe away your tears.
Your sons are now lying in our bosom and are in peace.
After having lost their lives on this land they have become our sons as well.”

Standing there, it felt humbling in a way that’s hard to fully explain - a quiet, powerful reminder that even through conflict, there can be respect, compassion, and ultimately, unity.

ANZAC Day will always be a time to honour courage and sacrifice. But it is also, gently, a call toward something deeper - our shared humanity.

In a world that can feel heavy at times, this is what we choose to hold onto.

That we are more connected than we are divided.
That remembrance can live alongside kindness.
That even in reflection, there is space for peace.

If you’re a cookie baker and Easter sales feel a little slow right now… take a breath. You’re not alone.

This year Easter is early, and while we as bakers are organised weeks (sometimes months) in advance, the truth is most parents simply aren’t thinking about Easter yet.

We work ahead because we have to - designing, ordering cutters, planning sets, testing colours and packaging.

But our customers? They’re often still in “life mode,” not “Easter mode.”

A few gentle reminders before the panic sets in:

• Parents almost always leave Easter purchases to the last minute.
• The lead up to school holidays brings a rush of travel, sport and activities before Easter even arrives.
• Many families don’t start thinking about Easter until the week before.
• And historically, the biggest surge in cookie orders often comes in the final week.

My advice- don't close your orders too early!

Slow right now does not mean slow overall.

Instead of worrying, use this quiet space intentionally:

– Share photos of your Easter sets regularly

– Show your packaging and gift ideas (presentation adds so much value)

– Remind customers that cookies make beautiful alternatives to chocolate

– Offer small add-ons or teacher gifts

– And most importantly… keep talking about Easter.

Visibility creates demand.

Remember, handmade cookies are not impulse supermarket purchases.

They need to be seen, imagined and remembered before someone decides to order them.

So if things feel quiet today, don’t assume the season is lost.

Sometimes the slow start is simply the calm before the Easter rush.

Keep showing up.

There’s something I love about pieces that don’t belong to just one season.

While these designs may feel a little Easter-inspired at first glance, the truth is they’re far more versatile than that.

This is always at the heart of how I design stamps and cutters.

It turns a simple set of cookies into something that feels thoughtful, giftable and a little bit special before the box is even opened.

The only truly Easter element in this set is the Petite Impression stamp.

My tips for building your stamp and cutter collections:

Prioritize neutral shapes
Round, oval, plaque, and scalloped cutters can suit countless themes. A single shape can be styled rustic, elegant, or playful depending on the stamp used.

Look for adaptable messages
Stamps with words like “celebrate,” “with love,” or “best wishes” work across many events, reducing the need for single-use designs.

Invest in layering potential
Choose stamps that pair well with textures, small motifs, or moulds so one stamp can create multiple looks.

Curate slowly and intentionally
A thoughtful collection grows over time. Choose pieces you know you’ll reach for again and again, not just for one trend or season.

Its almost time to say chow for now and I may miss these daily rituals at first but OMG I'm bursting with creativity and it's truly just the beginning.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how special this community really is.

So many of us - bakers, creators, small business owners - all showing up each day, building something meaningful with our hands and our hearts whilst walking alongside each other with kindness and gratitude.

And while every journey looks a little different, there’s something really powerful in knowing we’re not doing it alone.

To every woman in business… I hope you feel supported, encouraged and proud.

This past week has been challenging behind the scenes in many ways but it has certainly had me reflecting on the amazing women who I am so fortunate to have at my table.
