We’re thrilled that you’ve chosen our creations to enhance your baking projects.
Before you dive into your new files, we ask that you take a moment to read and understand the following policy.
By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you agree to comply with the terms outlined here.
Personal Use Only
Our digital STL files are intended for personal use only.
This means you can use them to create and bake the designs for yourself, your family, your friends and of course your own small business.
You may not sell, distribute, share, resell the files or the printed results of using our files (e.g. cutters).
Sharing the files with others, whether directly or indirectly, is strictly prohibited.
We ask that you respect this policy to ensure that our unique designs remain exclusive to our valued customers.
Violations of this policy will result in access to your files being revoked.
Download & Expiration Policy
Once you’ve purchased your digital product, you will receive a download link.
Please be sure to download and save the files as soon as possible, as the download link will expire after 30 days.
After this period, the link will no longer be active, and we will be unable to reissue a new link for download.
We recommend saving your files in a secure location so that you can access them at any time and avoid any inconvenience should the download link expire.
Technical Support Disclaimer
Please note that due to the wide variety of 3D printers available on the market, we are unable to provide specific technical support regarding the 3D printing process itself.
Each 3D printer operates differently, and settings may vary depending on your machine.
For your reference, our designs are created with a 0.4mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.20mm.
We recommend consulting your printer’s user manual or online forums for guidance specific to your printer model.
While we strive to ensure our files are compatible with most common 3D printers, it is the responsibility of the user to adjust settings for optimal printing results.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been downloaded.
However, if you experience any issues with the file (such as a corrupt download or error), please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will gladly provide assistance or a replacement file.
Intellectual Property
All designs and digital files are protected by intellectual property laws.
By purchasing our digital products, you do not acquire any ownership rights to the designs themselves.
All rights to the designs, including copyright and trademarks, remain with us, the creators.
You may not alter, modify, reverse-engineer, or claim our designs as your own.
Our designs are meant to be enjoyed and used by you, but they are our property, and we ask that you treat them with the same respect that you would expect for your own creative work.
Liability
By purchasing and using our digital files, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for the final use of the designs.
We are not liable for any errors or damages that result from printing, cutting, or baking using our designs, including but not limited to issues with equipment, materials, or final product quality.
Additionally, we are not responsible for any third-party software or hardware issues that might arise when using our files.

This includes any claims arising from the use, misuse, or distribution of the files, and any products made with them.
